My project aims to create a transdermal patch with microneedles for delivering medicinal substances through the skin. This approach avoids injections, making treatment less painful and more convenient for patients. This single technology can also be used to make patches for various purposes: vitamins, sleep, energy, pain relief, and even vaccines in the future. 

During the preparation stage, I conducted a literature review of current solutions in this field, tested potential active ingredients using the SwissADME platform, created a 3D model of microneedles, determined the material for their manufacture (PLA), and the method of administering the active ingredients. 

A manufacturing method using a resin 3D printer and casting in a master mold has been proposed. In the future, it is planned to manufacture the first prototypes, test their mechanical and pharmacological properties, and gradually adapt the technology for practical use in medicine
